A newborn baby boy has made a remarkable recovery after he was strangled with a binbag and buried alive in a rooftop garden.
The child was found by an elderly man who heard mewing sounds coming from the soil at the top of a car park in Singapore.

Records obtained by The Associated Press show that a little-known Philadelphia company has quietly gained control of nearly a quarter of all the 800 numbers in the U.S. and Canada over the past several years.
