Great Pro-Life Nun to Walk for Life in S.F. on Saturday

Great Pro-Life Nun to Walk for Life in S.F. on Saturday

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 22 /Christian Newswire/ -- Don't you love to meet a nun or priest who stands up boldly for preborn babies? We do!

Now you can meet, greet, march with and interview one of the most wonderful pro-life nuns our family has ever met--Sr. Sean Patrice, CSJ. That's because on Saturday, January 24, she's flying to San Francisco to take part in the huge Fifth Annual West Coast Walk for Life in that spiritually-ravaged city. You can meet her there, and she's a great reason why you should go.

Sr. Sean Patrice has been protesting abortion for 34 years! Way back in 1974 she joined our family of eight in picketing the pro-abortion California Medical Association's convention in Los Angeles.

Sister has demonstrated against the abortionists many times since then. But that's just a small part of the pro-life work she's done. That's because for the last 50 years she's taught schoolchildren how to live as good Christians, to stay chaste and to love babies.

Only God knows how many babies she's saved from abortion by teaching young people to avoid sins against purity and stay out of the clutches of the abortionists.

Sister, who belongs to the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, has taught at many schools. She's now in her 22nd year at St. Vincent De Paul School in Los Angeles. It's part of St. Vincent De Paul parish, the third-oldest Catholic parish in Los Angeles, after La Placita and St. Vibiana's Cathedral.

The school's Web site says it helps children "become competent in making Christian, moral decisions in a secular society," and that's what Sister has dedicated her life to.

If you're going to the West Coast Walk for Life, be sure to greet Sister and thank her for her life of service to Christ and His people. In her beautiful, white full habit, she won't be hard to spot!

Even if you're not going, please consider interviewing her. Her wealth of experience makes her a memorable interview subject. You can reach her at stvincentcsj@yahoo.com or (213) 747-2337.

And don't forget to watch Saturday's Walk for Life on Eternal Word Television Network's web site beginning at 1:00 p.m ET. Just go to http://www.ewtn.com/tv/index.asp, click the "Television" tab and choose "Live TV - English."

Thank you for all you do for the innocent victims of abortion.

Yours for Life,
