The most important case of television indecency in nearly 40 years will be argued Tuesday before the U.S. Supreme Court - Fox v. FCC.
This case will decide the constitutionality of the TV indecency regulations of the Federal Communications Commission. In short, Fox and other broadcast TV networks want broadcast TV to be just like cable TV, with no regulations on decency.
