Rick Santorum Endorses Mitt Romney: We Must Beat Obama
Former Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum has a message for the voters who supported his effort to capture the GOP nomination: support Mitt Romney for president. Santorum shared how he recently sat down with the former Massachusetts governor, who will become the Republican nominee.

On Friday, Governor Romney came to Pittsburgh for an over-hour long one-on-one meeting, he said. The conversation was candid, collegial and focused on the issues that you helped me give voice to during our campaign; because I believe they are essential ingredients to not only winning this fall, but turning our country around. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/05/08/rick-santorun-endorses-mitt-romney-we-must-beat-obama/

White House: Abortion OK, But Visitors Must Register Unborn Children
The Obama administration is plenty content with legalized abortion and funding abortions with taxpayer funds, but when it comes to Americans visiting the White House, they must register their unborn children when they check in at the front door.

The Director of the White House Visitor s Office, Ellie Shafer, today distributed an email newsletter to members of Congress and others providing detailed instructions on how to register an unborn child ( a baby that has not yet been born, as Shafer puts it) into the security system the White House uses to arrange group tours. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/05/08/white-house-abortion-ok-but-visitors-must-register-unborn-children/

Indiana: Pro-Life Richard Mourdock Defeats Sen. Dick Lugar
Upset by his lack of commitment to conservative and pro-life principles, Republicans voters in Indiana today defeated veteran Sen. Richard Lugar, who had served nearly four decades in politics. They replaced him with Richard Mourdock, a state treasurer who was supported by pro-life advocates for his solid pro-life principles.

The Indiana Right to Life PAC announced its endorsement of Richard Mourdock in April, citing Senator Lugar s confirmation of activist federal judges including Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor, his support for federal funding for embryo-killing research, and his support for McCain-Feingold free speech restrictions as reasons for Mourdock s endorsement. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/05/08/indiana-pro-life-richard-mourdock-defeats-sen-dick-lugar/

TV Campaign Reaches Black Americans With Abortion Alternatives
A new television ad campaign will air nationwide over 60 times during May and June airing on the Black Entertainment Television (BET) network and is designed to reach African-Americans with abortion alternatives.

The commercial, titled, Ultimatum is a Call for Help message which aims to inform women facing unexpected pregnancies about hopeful alternatives to abortion. The message includes a toll-free phone number which connects callers with local, life-affirming pregnancy centers. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/05/08/tv-campaign-reaches-black-americans-with-abortion-alternatives/

Pro-Abortion Joe Biden Claims Paul Ryan Violates Catholic Teaching
Joe Biden is at it again, attempting to represent the views of the Catholic Church and asserting someone else had violated them all while he steadfastly supports abortion.

Biden spoke today at a rabbinical assembly and made the claim that Republican congressman Paul Ryan s budget, which GOP lawmakers strongly support and around which Republican voters may rally in this year s elections, violates Catholic social teaching. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/05/08/pro-abortion-joe-biden-claims-paul-ryan-violates-catholic-teaching/

Mommy Had an Abortion: How I Apologized to My Children
Those are words I never thought I would say to my children. In fact, I was never going to tell them. I didn t want to explain what abortion was much less tell them that their own mother had made such a terrible, sinful choice TWICE.

When I was asked to be a spokesperson for the Silent No More Awareness Campaign toward the end of 2010, they wanted to be sure that my immediate family knew my past before I began traveling the country talking about it. Of course my husband knew most of the details (although more things surface as time goes on), but how was I going to tell my kids that I killed two of their siblings? http://www.lifenews.com/2012/05/08/mommy-had-an-abortion-how-i-apologized-to-my-children/

De-Funding Planned Parenthood Helps Poor Women Get Health Care
As our nation s largest abortion-committing organization, Planned Parenthood tirelessly claims that without its facilities, low-income women will be doomed and unable to obtain affordable health care services. Just the opposite is true: not only is defunding Planned Parenthood and reallocating said funds to Federally Qualified Health Centers more economically beneficial, but it will allow more low-income women and families to obtain truly comprehensive health care. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/05/07/utah-installs-nations-first-72-hour-abortion-waiting-period/
