| Dear John, This is Andre. Andre is a child in our United Against Infant Mortality Program in Peru. Recently, Andre tested positive for stomach parasites. That's a common problem for the kids we see in Peru. We will provide Andre, and more than 100 other kids, with free antiparasitic medications. Andre will get better - he's one of the lucky ones. There are so many more children, though, who suffer. You see, we have had so many cries for help, from so many places this year... our resources have been stretched thin. But if someone needs our help, how can we say no? The answer is, we can't. The cries for aid come from around the world - from dozens of countries - asking, praying for help.
