Tuesday is US election D-Day. It appears this will be a squeaker causing a lot of nail-biting stress. Heavy duty prayers are in order, as well as a firm determination by pro-life, pro-family Americans to get out and vote and get many others to join them. It is hard to understand how this election has turned out to be so close given the horrific Obama administration record, but that is the way it is.

John-Henry Westen and I just returned from an exhausting, whirlwind week of meetings in Rome. At times, we literally ran from one meeting to another -  rain and shine. Several times I had to make a conscious effort to stop and take a slow look around for a couple of minutes to appreciate where I was. The pace of the week left us with several hundred emails to review after we got back. Our apologies to all those who have not yet received a response from us.

One of the days in Rome we had over 8 hours of discussions with significant persons. The trip was incredibly well worth the effort. We were fortunate to be hosted by a wonderful American couple who live in Rome just outside the Vatican wall. They give us a homey base, some great meals and lots of useful advice and other help with our work.
