Gosnell Attorney Closes: No Evidence Babies Alive When Necks Snipped
The defense attorney for abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell presented his closing arguments to the jury today and claimed there was no evidence the babies whose necks Gosnell snipped were alive at the time he snipped them.
Jack McMahon attempted to make the case to the jury today that workers for Gosnell are exaggerating the importance of movements in babies Gosnell killed. He was already successful in getting three of the seven murder counts dropped related to the babies. Gosnell Staffer Who Pretended to be Doctor Requests Acquittal
During closing arguments today in the murder trial of abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell, one of his staffers who pretended to be a doctor has asked the judge to be acquitted.
O Neill is on trial with Gosnell on charges of theft by Deception, Conspiracy to commit theft, Racketeering, Conspiracy related to corruption, Perjury, and False Swearing. In a second undercover video Live Action has released in two days, another abortion clinic staffer acknowledges leaving babies to die following failed abortions. The videos show there are other abortion clinics, abortion practitioners and staff who, like Kermit Gosnell, would leave babies to die after failed abortions.
