San Diego pro-lifers hold Mother's Day event

On the day before Mother's Day, a group of pro-life people gathered at the corner of Harbor Drive and Grape Street in downtown San Diego to get people thinking about the fact that we would not be alive on Mother's Day to honor our mothers if they had not chosen life for us.
Most of the people in cars driving by gave positive responses. A man in his late 30s who was driving by stopped at the light and asked one of women holding a sign if we were for or against abortion. She answered that we were against abortion. The man responded, "Good. In 1973 my mom was on the table waiting for me to be aborted when she changed her mind."
With a big grin, he said, "Happy Mother's Day to all of you!"
