Identifying the Human Being Requires No Debate
By Judie Brown

There should be no debate when it comes to a human life. Once a child is created, he is a person from that moment onward----a person who deserves both respect and protection. Yet in today's world, he has little of either. Abortion takes countless lives day after day and, unless we as a society come to realize the value of a person----no matter how small, no matter what stage of development----babies will never be safe.

Pregnant women are not a zoning issue
Mauck & Baker
A mobile ultrasound provider filed a federal lawsuit today against the city of Elgin [IL] over its new zoning restriction which effectively prevents many women from obtaining free reproductive health services. For nearly two years, TLC Pregnancy Services has provided the women of Elgin, particularly high-school age girls, with free pregnancy information, testing, and ultrasound care through its mobile ultrasound facility. "Why should young women in Elgin, who may have nowhere else to turn, be deprived of free services and support?" said Noel W. Sterett, an attorney with the Mauck & Baker law firm, which represents TLC together with Alliance Defending Freedom. "Pregnancy information and support, which TLC makes accessible free of charge, are critical to young women facing an unplanned pregnancy."

Ambulance quietly transports Planned Parenthood abortion patient to Denver hospital
Operation Rescue
An ambulance quietly slipped into the parking lot of Planned Parenthood in Denver in the late afternoon of Tuesday, March 5, and loaded up an abortion patient before it slipped out again. The ambulance ran without lights or sirens. This is the second medical emergency documented at the Stapleton Planned Parenthood abortion clinic, located on 38th Avenue in Denver in the past few months. On October 26, 2012, an ambulance transported a hemorrhaging woman to a local hospital, according to a 911 Computer Aided Dispatch Transcript released to Operation Rescue by local pro-life activists. Operation Rescue is currently seeking documentation related to the most recent medical emergency through an open records request.

A former U.S. senator who co-owns a Colorado mortgage banking company filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the Obama administration's mandate requiring his company to offer potential abortion-inducing drugs under its employee health plans. Bill Armstrong and members of his family filed the suit along with the May family, who co-own Cherry Creek Mortgage Company. Based in Greenwood Village, the business is licensed in 27 states and employs 730 people. Its owners, who are all evangelical Christians, oppose the mandate.
