From Created Equal: Victory Won …

Abortion Victims Visit Indiana University
Columbus, OH – October 22, 2013 – Created Equal displayed large abortion and prenatal images at Indiana University (IU) on October 21, 2013.
No longer censored, Rebekah defends preborn children at IU.
This is the first time such an exhibit has returned to IU since the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform (CBR) attempted to bring its photo exhibit to IU in 2000. In 2000, CBR was denied equal access to an area where other groups routinely conduct outreach. CBR filed and won a civil rights lawsuit against the IU administration which allowed CBR to display in a more favorable location than IU had originally intended. This area is known as Sample Gates.

"I was there in 2000. Returning to IU is a victory for the babies and for the free speech rights of all university students nationwide," said Mark Harrington, Executive Director of Created Equal. "It was a battle worth waging. IU is now a place where the presentation of the victims of abortion is protected."
