There’s
a new A-team in Buenos Aires: meet Himalaya the Labrador and
three-year-old Hernan. Hernan was born with Down syndrome, and,
according to his mother, he is a very guarded little boy. He doesn’t
connect very much with other people.

Last
week, U.S. Magistrate Judge Hugh B. Scott issued his “report and
recommendation,” recommending that the civil rights lawsuit filed by the
American Freedom Law Center (AFLC) against several officials from the
State University of New York at Buffalo be allowed to stand.

or not, Obamacare is finally here. Polls show that most Americans
remain highly skeptical of the law’s benefits. According to a new
CNN/ORC International survey released October 1, less than one in five
Americans say their families will be better off under the new health
care law.
