children born in the US. Wealthy Chinese couples are increasingly making
use of US surrogate mothers, according to surrogacy agencies in both
America and China.

Canada’s
government says it has “no records” indicating exactly what type of
“sexual and reproductive health” and "family planning" services it is
paying the International Planned Parenthood Federation to perform as
part of its $6 million grant running from 2012-2014.

number given that there isn’t a one among the other 47 in which somebody
isn’t dying right now. Could the Affordable Care Act change that? Peg

for business.
