much unlike most sets of twins. They were are identical twins[1] joined
in utero — a rare phenomenon that happens in as many as 1 in 200,000
births.

abortion in Iowa.

The webcam abortion
practice started with the Planned Parenthood of the Heartland affiliate
using it in Iowa, a rural state where the abortion business has a difficult
time getting an abortion practitioner to each of its clinics. As a result,
it set up a process by which the abortion practitioner only visits with
the woman considering using the mifepristone abortion pill via a videoconference,

of contact for several days. It is believed that Wang was detained in connection
with her appeals to the government on behalf of her husband.
Wang’s troubles began in 2009 when her husband, Li Defu was forced to undergo a vasectomy in the city of Shangqiu, Minquan, Henan Province. Wang appealed the court to guard her husband’s rights, but was threatened and detained. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/

in Washington are attempting to rebalance U.S. spending on foreign aid which
has for years limited funding for maternal and child health and increased
spending for groups promoting population reduction and abortion.
The U.S. budget for family planning
and reproductive health has increased some 57% since 2006 when Democrats took
control in Congress, yet funding for maternal and child health has increased
just 16% overall and its funding has dropped 4% within U.S. Agency for Development
