A group of concerned Christians are calling on Facebook to remove a page that promotes the notion that the Virgin Mary of the Bible should have received an abortion. Titled Virgin Mary Shouldve Aborted, the administrator of the page claims to explain what really happened in the biblical times, since the bible is full of lies.
With just over 3,000 Likes, Celene Schartner of Australia says the page not only demeans what Christians believe, but it is slanderous and hateful. It diminishes the right to life of every unborn infant in its mothers womb by its very title and statement. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
A Catholic Archbishop is savaged in Belgium; protestors at a Catholic Church in Spain block exits and doors; in Chile demonstrators interrupt Mass, demolish confessionals, rip out pews and paint profane sacrilegious graffiti throughout the church.
Pro-abortion feminists under the guise of promoting choice carried out these and other attacks in the last few months. Their actions make it seem that they have declared war on the Catholic Church with no regard for parishioners, common decency or law. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
Bernadette and Philip Smith were the proud parents of seven children Philip Jr., Delores, Soma, Titus, Isaac, Israel, and Eden when they were blessed to learn they would soon welcome an eighth child. But by the fourth month of the pregnancy, during a routine ultrasound, doctors learned there was a problem with the baby. The Smiths were told that their child had Trisomy 18, or Edwards syndrome.
The media has proclaimed that conservatives and proponents of religious liberty are engaging in a war against women. Conservatives, so the narrative goes, fired the first shots by opposing taxpayer funded contraceptives and abortofacients under the HHS Mandate, which will go into effect Jan. 1, 2014.
Nancy Pelosi first claimed Republicans were engaging in a war against women in 2011, and the networks have followed suit, claiming that the GOP was trying to limit womens access to contraceptives and abortion.http://www.lifenews.
Last night I read the early online version of the story that appeared in the print edition of the New York Times today: Theory on Pain Is Driving Rules for Abortions, by Erik Eckholm. I always try to give The Times its due when they write a more-or-less balanced story, in this case of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.
That these six completely accurate and descriptive words were not usedand the fact that the story starts with a dreadful first paragraphshould not detract us from reading a very useful story. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
We have seen supporters of late-term abortion oppose common sense legislation which bans this barbaric procedure. This was the case perhaps most notably and recently in Texas. Weve seen what lengths such abortion advocates will go to, as well.
And abortions performed this late in our country are usually on healthy women, with almost one-third of them having had an abortion so late before.http://www.lifenews.
The symmetry is both nearly perfect and breath-taking. Now if the outcomes are only the same! The headline on Kirsten Powers op-ed in the Washington Post today is Another Gosnell in Delaware? Who is Kirsten Powers?
The Obama Administration is hunkered down. The spin machine is in full force. The mantra is the same: the IRS targeting conservatives is a phony scandal, just like all the rest. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
Mother Gives Birth in LEnfant Plaza Metro Station in Washington, D.C.
Washington, D.C., resident Shavonnte Taylor wasnt due to give birth for more than two weeks, but her baby boy wasnt going to wait another moment. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
The day after Stephanie Blessing learned she had been conceived with the assistance of a sperm donor and that the man she knew and loved as her father for 32 years was not her father, she went into shock. She remembers sitting in her rocking chair, staring into space. It was so bad, her husband had to remind her to do something as basic as changing their babys diaper. . http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
Media Was All Over Komen Story But Ignoring Planned Parenthoods Medicaid Fraud
In the first week of February 2012, the Big Three networks lunged to the defense of Planned Parenthood when the Susan G. Komen Foundation (very temporarily) withdrew its donation to abortion giant (about $680,000 the previous year). Network reporters whacked Komen, promoting outrage and disappointment engulfing the Internet.. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
Nightline co-anchor Cynthia McFadden on Wednesday spent the entire show investigating the possible closing of the last remaining abortion clinic in Mississippi. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/

I was very disappointed to read Live Actions article Shawn Carney on the pro-life movements greatest victory in which he says. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
It seems our efforts to shine the light on the abortion industry in West Virginia has not been well received by those in the spotlight. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
The embryonic stem cell and human cloning research debates are not science arguments, but rather, disputes over proper ethics in the pursuit of science. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
Over twenty years of anti euthanasia advocacy, I have come to realize that many activists on the other side care little for the truth, or indeed, facts. They just want to win. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/
