Abortion Practitioner Charged for Not Reporting Rape of 13-Year-Old Girl
Abortionist Ulrich Georg Klopfer has been criminally charged in Lake
County, Indiana, with failing to file a timely report, a Class B
Misdemeanor that carries a penalty of up to 180 days in jail and a
$1,000 fine.
The charge is related to an incident of statutory rape on a 13-year-old girl. Klopfer, who gave the girl an abortion at his Gary, Indiana, abortion clinic in September, 2012, filed the report nearly four months later than state statute requires, leaving the girl at risk of further sexual abuse. http://www.lifenews.com/2014/

week that allowed virtually unlimited abortions, they have good reason
to mourn the more than 56 million unborn babies who have been killed in
abortion. But Rebecca Rizzi’s twins will not be among those casualties.

Judge Strikes North Carolina Law Letting Women See Ultrasound of Baby Before Abortion
A federal judge Friday afternoon struck down a pro-life law in North
Carolina allowing women a chance to see an ultrasound of their unborn
baby before considering an abortion. The law faced a lawsuit from the
ACLU and Planned Parenthood.
The law also requires the abortion practitioner to allow a woman considering an abortion to hear the heartbeat of her baby and to describe what the ultrasound shows. http://www.lifenews.com/2014/

The
judge in the controversial case of a father who is attempting to end
his pregnant wife’s life support, which would kill his unborn child, has
recused herself.
Marlise Munoz
collapsed in her home last November from an apparent blood clot in her
lungs when she was 14 weeks pregnant with her second child. Her husband
and other family members have asked the John Peter Smith Hospital in Ft.
Worth to remove Marlise from life support after they were told she was
“brain dead.” Ending life support would also end her unborn baby’s life.
