In a just-released report from the Guttmacher Institute, more pro-life laws have passed in various states over the past three years than during the entire previous decade. State legislatures enacted 205 abortion restrictions from 2011 to 2013, contrasted with the 189 provisions enacted during the entire previous decade.
Guttmacher laments, This legislative onslaught has dramatically changed the landscape for women needing abortion. Indeed, abortions are at historic lows. Further, public opinion has changed dramatically. http://www.lifenews.com/2014/

Mom Bravely Delivers Her Baby All Alone in Blizzard
As millions of Americans deal with the horribly cold and icy temperatures and conditions outside, Mariah Grove of Indiana has her own battle. She was unable to get to a hospital to deliver her new baby. All alone, she delivered by herself.
With more than 56 million abortions in the United States since Roe v. Wade, there are millions of babies who were victimized by abortion who were never given names. Until now.
Violence is not the end of the story, says Charlotte Ostermann of 50MillionNames.org, it is now possible to register names for the aborted children who have died who, up until now have merely been statistics. Giving a name emphasizes the humanity of each baby, and calls attention to the staggering number of abortions in a hope-giving way, she says. Each name is accompanied by a concrete gesture: How will you honor this child? http://www.lifenews.com/2014/
The joy that comes with that second pink line on a pregnancy test is hard to imagine for someone who hasnt experienced it. It fills the mind of a soon-to-be mother with images of bassinets and pastel colored nursing blankets. Even all of those time consuming trips to the doctors office seem like a small price to pay for the promise of what that pink line will bring.
Not often have a read a post-abortion story that was filled with such compounded tragedy. The following is such a sad read. Thanks to Lisa for wanting to share, with the hope she can stop someone else from making the same mistake.
