Ironically, had she aborted the child, whose gestational age was

province in Canada to fund in-vitro fertilization [IVF] for people
unable to have children otherwise, a move specialists have long urged to
help curb the country’s epidemic of risky multiple births. Taxpayers
will now be forced to pay for the reproductive 'rights' of fellow

than battle Republicans over a proposal they stressed would help
protect reproductive rights, Senate Democrats on Wednesday spiked the
legislation — a move that drew applause from some religious groups
packed into the chamber's gallery who strongly opposed it.
