Claire Culwell knows what it’s like to be a survivor. At the age of 13, her mother learned she was pregnant and decided to have an abortion, though she didn’t know she was pregnant with twins.
After she had an abortion of Claire’s brother, she returned to the abortion clinic after realizing she still had a growing and developing baby inside of her. The embattled Chief of the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF), Olga Roche, has resigned following the controversy surrounding the costly mismanagement of Justina Pelletier’s case and the tragic recent deaths of three children.Now, under intense scrutiny by the Massachusetts General Assembly. House Speaker Robert DeLeo (D), who called for Roche’s resignation, told radio station WBUR:
“DCF is an agency in crisis; and we must immediately undertake the difficult, but crucial, task of creating an effective structure of protection and care for our most vulnerable children.” http://www.lifenews.com/2014/

Little Maisie Smith, when she was 18-week-old in her mother’s woman, was diagnosed with a diaphragm defect that led doctors to advise her mother to consider abortion. The congenital diaphragmatic hernia condition made it so her organs slipped into her chest cavity, preventing her lungs from growing properly.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably heard about the big scandal in Marion County, Oregon (Salem): for years, it’s been revealed, the bodies of aborted and miscarried babies from British Columbia have made up some of the fuel in their waste-to-energy plant. In plain English: dead human bodies were incinerated to heat Salem-area homes.
