Multinational Prayer Event for Unborn Babies
Organization tries to get 1,000,000 Rosaries prayed(May 4th - 6th)
MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE [U.S.A.] - (April 12, 2012) - The multinational ONE MILLION ROSARIES FOR UNBORN BABIES(May 4th - 6th) continues to take shape with the Saint Michael the Archangel Organization(the organization coordinating the prayer event) having recently received registration forms from China, India, Finland, Italy, Malta, Taiwan, etc. In all, registration forms have been received from about 30 nations.
Additional information received by the Saint Michael the Archangel Organization includes the following:
• Close to 600 Rosaries have been registered by a Legion of Mary organization from Arizona;
• A family from Fargo, ND and a family from Bismarck, ND are each planning
to pray 21 Rosaries;
• 78 Rosaries have been registered by a church in Beaumont, Texas;
• Several courts of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas have registered a
total of more than 600 Rosaries;
• A religious sister from the Philippines indicated 60 Rosaries will be prayed;
• More than 200 Rosaries were registered by a Catholic school from Arizona.
"One million Rosaries for unborn babies will happen if enough pro-lifers are willing to make it happen," said Patrick Benedict, spokesman for the Saint Michael the Archangel Organization. " There is no government nor any other force that can stop us. Sadly, though, we can stop ourselves if a substantial number of us chooses not to participate.
"The question is asked: Why should we pray at least one million Rosaries for unborn babies? There are a number of answers, including the fact that the unborn babies have been the victims of the worst massacre in the history of mankind. Within the last 50 or so years, hundreds of millions of unborn human persons(and perhaps billions) have been killed surgically and non-surgically. And, it should be pointed out clearly: This abominable crime continues to happen.
"The ONE MILLION ROSARIES FOR UNBORN BABIES prayer event is a time for the Church Militant to unite worldwide to engage in spiritual warfare against the culture of death. For young people, old people, and everyone else, the plea is made: Please, pray at least one Rosary(May 4th - 6th) for an end to the surgical and non-surgical killing of unborn human persons," concluded Benedict.
