Appeals Court: Obama Admin Can Force Hobby Lobby to Obey HHS Mandate
A federal appeals court ruled today that the Obama administration can force the Christian-owned-and-operated business to obey the HHS mandate that compels it to pay for birth control and drugs that may cause abortions for its employees.
Earlier this week, a different federal appeals court reinstated two of the top legal challenges to the mandate. The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals handed Wheaton College and Belmont Abbey College a major victory in their challenges to the HHS mandate. Previously, two lower courts had dismissed their lawsuits as premature because the Obama administration is expected to revise the mandate next year. Obama Names Lobbyist for Plan B Drug as Top HHS Lawyer
President Barack Obama, in what appears to be a significant conflict of interest, has named a lobbyist for the maker of the Plan B morning after pill as the top attorney for the Health and Human Services Department.

Planned Parenthood Abortion Biz Prez a Texan of the Year Finalist
The head of the nation s biggest abortion giant has been named a finalist for the Texan of the Year by the Dallas Morning News, a newspaper in this large north Texas city.
The newspaper describes the award this way: A Texan (or Texans) who has had uncommon impact either positive or negative over the past year. Planned Parenthood Study Claims Abortion Drug Killing Women is Safe
A new study conducted by researcher James Trussell from Princeton University claims the abortion pill RU 486, mifepristone, is safe. The study also claims the Planned Parenthood abortion business is dispensing it safely to women.
These claims come even as the FDA itself has released information showing 14 women have died from using the dangerous abortion drug and thousands have been injured some of them with life-threatening injuries.
