the murder trial of abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell in full swing, a
new Gallup poll of Americans nationwide find well over half oppose all or
virtually all abortions.
Gallup’s annual Values and Beliefs poll, conducted May 2-7, find 58 percent of Americans want either all or almost all abortions illegal — with 20% saying it should be illegal in all circumstances and 38% favoring it in only in a few circumstances. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/

murder trial of abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell, in what may be a reflection
of the poor coverage of it in the mainstream media.
A new
national Gallup poll today shows few Americans are paying attention to the
murder trial of abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell, in what may be a reflection
of the poor coverage of it in the mainstream media.
As the survey, which
shows a majority of Americans are pro-life on abortion, shows, only about
one-quarter of Americans say they have followed news of the case either

Day Eight of jury deliberations in the Kermit Gosnell murder case ended yesterday
without a verdict after more testimony from another witness was read back.The jury heard the testimony of Adrienne Moton, the first of Gosnell’s former employees to testify. Moton previously pled guilty to one count of third degree murder for snipping the spinal cord of Baby D, two counts of conspiracy and one count related to corrupt organizations. Her guilty plea allows her the possibility of a lighter sentence based on her cooperation with the prosecution. She has not yet been sentenced. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/

out a series of tweets today promoting Obamacare.
The official White House Twitter account specifically touting the HHS abortion mandate that compels religious groups to pay for birth control and drugs that may cause abortions under their employee health care plans. The mandate is so egregious it has drawn more than 100 lawsuits from religious groups, business, school and others who are not allowed to opt out under the narrow provisions. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/

Archdiocese of Boston Cardinal Sean O’Malley will boycott the commencement
at Boston College because the Catholic educational institution is hosting
the Prime Minister of Ireland at a time when the nation faces a government
bill that would okay some abortions.

view of Mother’s Day, we reflect on how very few things in life can compare
to the love of a mother for her child. When a child faces an illness or disability,
somehow that maternal bond becomes even stronger and more beautiful. Losing

Little nine-month-old
Ryan Black is one of those miracles. He has hypoplastic left heart syndrome,
which means that the left side of his heart didn’t develop in the womb.
When he was born, he had severe breathing difficulties and had to be rushed
50 miles to a special heart unit at another hospital. He was given only a
