Kermit Gosnell Found Guilty on Three First-Degree Murder Charges
The jury in the murder trial of abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell returned a verdict and found him guilty on three of the four first-degree murder charges he faced.
Gosnell was found guilty of killing Baby A, Baby C and Baby D and found not guilty of killing Baby E. Gosnell Attorney Blames Media, Baby Factor For Conviction
Kermit Gosnell s attorney Jack McMahon is curiously blaming the media for today s conviction of the abortion practitioner on three counts of murder related to abortion-infanticides.
He said he was confident in the legal system but blamed The baby factor for the convictions. Baby Gosnell Not Convicted of Killing Was Born Alive, Tossed in Trash
Abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell was convicted of three counts of murder today, but the jury found him not guilty of killing Baby E in one of this abortion-infanticide procedures.
Baby E was estimated to be at least 23 weeks gestation and maybe more. After Baby E was delivered, teen Gosnell clinic employee Ashley Baldwin heard the baby cry and called Kareema Cross for help. Someone get the staff of the New York Times down to NYU for a Biology 101 class. The Gray Lady reported today that abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell was found guilty of killing fetuses.
Never mind that a fetus is an unborn child in the womb, not a baby who was killed after purposefully being birthed in an abortion process that is essentially infanticide. An abortion clinic staffer who worked at the House of Horrors abortion clinic Kermit Gosnell ran was also found guilty today. Gosnell was found guilty today on hundreds of counts, including three first-degree murder charges of killing babies in a gruesome abortion-infanticide method.
O Neill is on trial with Gosnell on charges of theft by Deception, Conspiracy to commit theft, Racketeering, Conspiracy related to corruption, Perjury, and False Swearing.
