a House Judiciary Committee Hearing discussing the Pain Capable Unborn
Child Protection Act (HR 1797) held on May 23, 2013, Rep. Trent Franks
(R-AZ) courageously displayed photos released by Operation Rescue depicting
one aborted baby that was apparently killed after birth at a Houston,
Texas, abortion clinic operated by Douglas Karpen.

for Christian-owned craft store Hobby Lobby took on the Obama administration
in court yesterday in its attempt to stop massive fines against it for not
complying with the HHS mandate.
The company has filed a lawsuit over whether or not the HHS Department can force it to comply with the mandate that compels it to pay for birth control and drugs that may cause abortions. Kermit Gosnell Shows Legal Doesn’t Mean Safe When It Comes to Abortion
On May 13, West Philadelphia abortionist Dr. Kermit Gosnell was found guilty of 237 crimes. Among his convictions were three counts of first-degree murder of infants born alive during attempted late-term abortions, one count of infanticide, and the involuntary manslaughter of a patient who died from complications of anesthesia administered by an unlicensed nurse.
