D.A.: Abortion Doc Who Snipped Babies Spinal Cords Committed Murder
The district attorney who is prosecuting the case against abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell says he engaged in murder when he snipped the spinal cords of babies who were killed in live-birth abortions.
The abortion practitioner faces trial after pleading not guilty to the eight murder counts. New Bill Would Stop Obama Admin s Assault on Religious Freedom
Members of Congress have announced a press conference for tomorrow, during which they will announce a new major bill to stop the Obama administration s assault on pro-life religious freedom via the HHS mandate.
Congressmen Diane Black (R-TN), Jeff Fortenberry (R-NE), and John Fleming, M.D. (R-LA), are behind the introduction of the Health Care Conscience Rights Act (HCCRA) that would protect Americans First Amendment rights and would stop the Obama Administration s HHS mandate from forcing religious groups to pay for drugs that may cause abortions in their employee health care plans. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/03/04/new-bill-would-stop-obama-admins-assault-on-religious-freedom/
700 Pages of New Obamacare Rules Put in Place More Abortion Funding
If the sequester was supposed to grind government to a halt, you wouldn t know it by the volumes coming out of Health and Human Services (HHS). On the first afternoon of the President s doomsday, HHS was unusually productive pumping out more than 700 new pages of ObamaCare regulations.

Abortion Helps Cause 90% Increase in Breast Cancers in 33 Years
A new study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association on February 27 finds researchers noting an increase in advanced cases of breast cancer over the last 33 years. However, the authors essentially ignore how abortion plays a great role in that increase.

Planned Parenthood Injured Two Women in Botched Abortions in Delaware
The Delaware affiliate of the Planned Parenthood abortion business has injured two women in two weeks in failed abortions.
Operation Rescue has published newly-obtained 911 recordings of two medical emergencies at Planned Parenthood in Wilmington, Delaware, which took place on February 8, and 16, 2013. Elderly Woman Dies in Retirement Home After Nurse Refuses CPR
An elderly woman living at a retirement home in Bakersfield, California died after a nurse at the facility refused to administer CPR to save her. A new video has been released with portions of the 911 call during which dispatchers plead with the nurse to save the woman s life.

Is Abortionist Kermit Gosnell Angling for a Plea Bargain?
Philadelphia Inquirer reporter Joseph A. Slobodzian, who has diligently followed the saga of West Philadelphia abortionist Kermit Gosnell, reported Friday that Gosnell was brought to court Thursday to meet with his lawyer, wife, and two children to weigh an apparent plea offer. Gosnell, charged with eight counts of murder, has been held without bail since January 2011.
Slobodzian reported that such a plea bargain (if, in fact, one was on the table) is not unusual in such a case. Arkansas Governor Vetoes Bill to Ban Abortions at 12 Weeks
Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe vetoed legislation Monday that would have banned abortions at 12 weeks of pregnancy if a fetal heartbeat can be detected via ultrasound.
