President Barack Obama gave a speech at the National Prayer Breakfast
Thursday with language striking pro-life themes — ironic given the
massive pro-abortion record he has compiled in two terms as president.
Obama took the podium at the 62nd National Prayer Breakfast at the Washington Hilton and spoke to a crowd of about 3,500.

Guides and Girl Scouts and is its largest member. In 2008 and 2009 over
60% of WAGGGS’ membership fees ($2.45 million and $2.3 million
respectively) came from GSUSA.

last July for an abortion. They were told Roman was too late in
pregnancy to be legally killed in an abortion and were directed to an

Planned Parenthood Now Does One-Third of All Abortions in the U.S.
The
Guttmacher Institute, a pro-abortion research group, made headlines
this week with a media release and report saying that, in 2011, national
abortions decreased to their lowest point since 1973—the year the
Supreme Court decriminalized abortion through its Roe v. Wade decision.
Certainly, if the Guttmacher numbers are reliable, this is cause for
celebration. Sadly, even in light of the new numbers, it is still the
case that one out of every five pregnancies ends in abortion.

LifeNews reported this week, when Zion Isaiah Blick was born on January
11, his parents Joshua and Robbyn knew he would not have long to live.
He was diagnosed with Trisomy 18m, a terrible fetal anomaly that cost
him his life shortly after birth.
So the Illinois
couple made sure they appreciated every precious moment – and documented
his short life in a series of touching images. He passed away on
January 21 after struggling to breathe, but his parents, who are devout

the quality of many Americans’ current healthcare is gradually
declining. New Obamacare exchange plans are going to be more
restrictive, with less access to doctors and healthcare centers with
specialized expertise and high reputations for providing effective
life-saving medical treatment. Not only are those with private insurance
feeling the sting, but in addition those in Medicaid programs
(primarily for the poor) are finding it
increasingly difficult to find doctors who will see them.
