CORPUS
CHRISTI (Kiii News - Feb. 25, 2014) - An international religious icon
has made its way to the Coastal Bend. Our Lady of Czestachowa, better
known as the "Black Madonna," traveled 8,000 miles to reach Corpus
Christi. Supporters gathered Monday night at St. Joseph's Catholic
Church for a special mass. The "Black Madonna" is part of a global
campaign of prayer supporting life and family."And all along the
way prayers are being offered in defense of human life and all of its
stages," said Father Peter West, Vice President of Missions Human Life
International. "From the moment of conception to the moment of natural
death, especially pray for an end to abortion, euthanasia, and other
attacks on innocent human life."http://www.hli.org/oceantooceanhttp://www.hli.org
